We dispatch our trees every Tuesday, for delivery to most states of Australia.

For WA and Tasmania, we send trees on the first Tuesday of each month.

For orders going to South Australia, we now require a Quarantine Certificate ($34.95) so please tick Yes to the question in Checkout

Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy | How are Fruit Salad Trees delivered around Australia?

National Shipping

Our trees are sent around Australia with Australia Post.     

Trees are generally sent Regular Post with Tracking. All Regular Post is dispatched every Tuesday*. Please have your order ito us by 9am Tuesday to ensure your order is shipped that week.

*dispatch day may change if we are attending a garden show.

Express Post

The Express Post option is available for an additional cost. See Shipping options during checkout.

If you've selected Express Post, your tree will be shipped out during our normal weekly dispatch day (Tuesday) but will go Express Post, not normal Parcel Post. We do not do extra dispatch runs for Express Post.

WA & TAS orders: If Express Post is selected for WA and TAS orders they will be shipped out as part of the once a month dispatch (First Tuesday of every month) but go as Express Post not normal parcel post.

Please note: Express post is not available during FREE SHIPPING promotions. 

Click and Collect (Free pick up)

You can pick up your order from the Liberty Petrol Service Station, 101 Mooney Street at Telegraph Point NSW 2441 on Wednesday - Friday (7.00am - 6.00pm). Please note that you cannot pick up your tree from our nursery.

We're often asked if we can ship to the US. We currently do not ship internationally due to quarantine regulations.

Returns / Replacement Policy

Here at Fruit Salad Trees we endeavour to provide healthy, multi-grafted fruit trees. Our website is full of helpful Growing Tips and information on Pests &
Diseases. Sign up for our Seasonal Care email to receive timely advice on how best to care for your Fruit Salad Tree throughout the year.

As per the Australian Consumer Laws, we will uphold our obligation to provide a quality product and in the event of any major flaw, we will offer a refund or replacement. Other problems will be considered and dealt with at our discretion.

Health of your tree - Please notify us of any concerns with your tree’s health and allow us to assist in finding a solution. Email sales@fruitsaladtrees.com and include a photo or two. One of our Horticulturists will offer advice.

Please be mindful that Fruit Salad Trees are perishable items and the obligation to care for them once sold, is the duty of the customer. We will assist as much as possible, but we do not take responsibility for trees that have developed issues
once they have left our care.

Damaged in Transit - We send our trees in sturdy customised boxes with air holes via Australia post, so they almost always arrive safely.

In the event of a tree arriving damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Email sales@fruitsaladtrees.com and include a photo or two. A refund or replacement will be offered as compensation, once approved.

Incorrect Graft Variety – We grow many combinations and take care to label them correctly, but at times, errors occur. If your tree is labelled differently to the tree you ordered, or if the fruit on your tree is different to the labelled variety, please let us know. Email sales@fruitsaladtrees.com and include a photo or two.
We will offer a refund or replacement as compensation, once approved.

Change of Mind - Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Sale Items / Reduced Trees - Only regular priced Fruit Salad Trees may be refunded or replaced. Discounted trees and sale items are not included under this policy.
