Fruit characteristics: Golden Delicious apples are pale green to golden yellow in colour and speckled with small spots. They are medium to large in size, and are a conical or oblong shape. Golden Delicious apples are crisp, firm and white-fleshed. They have a balanced sweet-tart aromatic flavour, which has been described as honeyed. The Yellow coloured apples look amazing on a multigrafted apple tree against the green and red fo the other apples. A wonderful apple to be enjoyed daily.
